Cipher issue raised with US officials: Gandapur

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said on Monday that discussions were held with an American delegation regarding the cipher, emphasising that the he had concerns about the issue, which they should address.

Talking to reporters, after a hearing in the anti-terrorism court here, the chief minister said that K-P government had presented a surplus budget without taking any loan. “The government has presented the budget with Rs100 billion surplus,” he said.
