Actor Park Seo Joon is reportedly considering a return to television in a new romance drama titled "Waiting for Gyeongdo," as per a report by TV Daily on July 8. The drama, directed by Lim Hyun Wook of "King the Land" and "Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency" fame, features a script by Yoo Young Ah, known for works like "Thirty-Nine" and "Divorce Attorney Shin."
Park Seo Joon's agency, Awesome ENT, confirmed that he has received an offer for the role of Gyeongdo, the male lead in the upcoming series. However, they clarified that while he is considering this project among others, no final decision has been made yet.
The drama is currently in discussions to be broadcast on JTBC, adding to the anticipation surrounding Park Seo Joon's potential return to the small screen. Meanwhile, Park Seo Joon is actively engaged in the tvN variety show "Jinny’s Kitchen 2" and is gearing up for the release of Netflix’s original series “Gyeongseong Creature 2” later this year.
