Penguinz0 criticises SSSniperWolf copyright striking other YouTubers

Charles White, known as penguinz0 on YouTube, recently criticised SSSniperWolf for what he sees as an unjustified copyright strike against fellow YouTuber One Giant Onion. 

In a video addressing the issue, White first discussed what he described as a growing trend of unjustified copyright strikes on the platform. He referred to certain creators as "villains" who are disrupting the YouTube ecosystem, likening the situation to "pure pandemonium." Specifically, he highlighted instances involving notable YouTubers like Tech lead and The Manny Show, accusing them of issuing false strikes against channels critical of them.

White then turned his attention to SSSniperWolf's recent actions, accusing her of hypocrisy for striking One Giant Onion over a critique of her content. He argued that while the critique may not have been transformative, SSSniperWolf herself uses content without proper credit, which, in his view, disqualifies her from issuing such strikes.

"Sniper Wolf took her lack of talent to YouTube headquarters to strike One Giant Onion because it hurt her feelings," White stated in his video. He further criticised her, saying, "She is a Content Thief... she shouldn't be able to strike One Giant Onion for reacting to that content like she owns her reactions."

White emphasised the serious consequences of such strikes for creators, particularly smaller channels reliant on YouTube for income. He underscored, "A strike is a huge deal... it's like winning the lottery to have some kind of successful online career." White urged YouTube to intervene against what he sees as misuse of the copyright system, stating, "I really hope YouTube steps up and does something to punish them for this because it's ridiculous."
