Prince William embraces eco-friendly transportation at Windsor Castle

Prince William purchased a 10-mph scooter as an alternate way to travel from his family's home to Windsor Castle.

Prince William has been spotted riding an electric vehicle through the gardens of Windsor Castle, showcasing a practical and eco-friendly mode of transportation. This type of vehicle, popular for short distances on flat roads, offers an environmentally friendly alternative that reduces pollution.

Royal observers captured the 42-year-old Prince of Wales turning a corner and speeding through a gate on the castle grounds, reminiscent of a child enjoying a playful ride. Prince William was dressed in a white shirt under a plain blue sweater, black pants, and casual shoes suitable for the electric vehicle.

Kensington Palace has not confirmed if Prince William regularly uses the scooter for meetings with the monarch. However, given the estate's size of just over a square mile, including a golf course, Frogmore House, and Frogmore Cottage, walking may not be the most practical option.
