Police claim cracking mystery of two beheaded bodies

Police claim to have cracked the mystery of two beheaded bodies found in separate neighbourhoods of the metropolis by arresting the alleged killers involved. The headless bodies were discovered in Sherpao Colony, Quaidabad, and Yusuf Baloch Chico farmhouse, Memon Goth.

While addressing a press conference at his office on Thursday, Malir's SSP Investigation Zafar Siddique Chhanga said that two beheaded bodies were found within the jurisdictions of Quaidabad and Memon Goth police stations on July 2.

"Police investigators were able to identify the victims and arrest the suspects involved in the murders within 24 hours," he added. "Crucial evidence, including the murder weapons, was also recovered during investigations."

The mutilated body found in Maula Madad graveyard of Sherpao Colony has been identified as 30-year-old Jamal Shah. SSP Chhanga stated that police have arrested a man named Muhammad Syed and his wife Nasira who allegedly confessed to killing Shah who had been blackmailing Nasira for the past three months.

Regarding the headless body found at Yusuf Baloch Chico farmhouse in Memon Goth, SSP Chhanga identified it as Irfan, a resident of Shanti Nagar, Dalmia. Police took into custody two of Irfan's friends, Tabish, alias Tabi, and Muhammad Shayan Ishaq, who confessed to the murder and disclosed that Irfan had been involved with their fiancées and was blackmailing them.
