Brad Pitt's Formula 1 movie title and poster revealed

Pitt stars in a star-studded Formula 1 racing film as a former driver making a thrilling comeback.

The highly-anticipated Formula 1 film starring Brad Pitt, titled 'F1,' has revealed its teaser poster on Apple Original Films' official Instagram ahead of its June 2025 release.

Directed by Joseph Kosinski, who previously directed Tom Cruise's 2022 blockbuster 'Top Gun: Maverick,' and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, the film features a star-studded cast, including Damson Idris.

The plot follows Brad Pitt as a former F1 driver lured back into the championship to compete for the fictional team APXGP alongside a rookie teammate.

Apple Original Films and Formula 1 have been filming at grand prix weekends since the British Grand Prix last season, capturing the bulk of its racing footage during the 2023 season.

The film aims for authenticity by including all 10 real-life teams, drivers, race promoters, and FIA. The teaser poster, recently unveiled on Instagram, highlights the intense and thrilling world of F1 racing, setting the stage for its summer 2025 release with an exclusive sneak peek to release this Sunday at the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.
