Tesla has sparked excitement and speculation among fans with a recent post on X, formerly known as Twitter, hinting at a potential Fourth of July-themed edition of its popular Cybertruck.
The excitement gained traction today due to a post by @Teslaconomics on X, featuring a three-second clip of a Cybertruck with two U.S. flags on each side and four fighter jets flying overhead with the caption "HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!" The clip has gone viral, igniting speculation.
Adding to the speculation, Elon Musk himself has been feeling patriotic today. Musk reposted @DimaZeniuk's post on X, which features a picture of Musk at the SpaceX facility with the caption, "'America, ride or die' -Elon Musk." This has further fuelled rumours about a special edition Cybertruck to celebrate Independence Day.

Despite the buzz, it appears there is no new Fourth of July-themed Cybertruck in the works. The official Tesla Cybertruck account has not made any recent announcements regarding a special edition. However, they did post an aerial video of the Cybertruck adorned with patriotic colours and symbols to mark Independence Day.
