Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, has reportedly listed his Holmby Hills mansion for sale following a Homeland Security raid earlier this year in connection with a sex trafficking investigation. The music mogul is seeking $70 million for the property, significantly more than the $40 million he paid in 2014, according to TMZ.
The expansive estate spans 17,000 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym, and a wine room. Outdoor amenities feature a lagoon-style swimming pool with an underwater tunnel, a basketball half-court, and meticulously landscaped gardens.
The March raid by federal agents, depicted with drawn guns, resulted in a thorough search of the property, causing significant damage. While Combs’ legal team criticized the operation as excessive, a grand jury is currently reviewing evidence related to the case, TMZ reports.
Amid ongoing legal issues, Combs allegedly plans to leave California permanently, with sources indicating a desire to relocate to Florida. His decision comes amidst accusations of sexual assault, including claims made by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, which have resulted in legal settlements and public controversy.
