Rahul Gandhi quotes Quran, pays tribute to Prophet (PBUH) in Lok Sabha

Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi referenced the Quran and paid respects to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) during a speech in the Lok Sabha, calling for non-violence and peace.
Speaking on the principles of non-violence and the need to overcome fear, Gandhi cited the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and stated, "All great figures have spoken about non-violence and eradicating fear. We should not be afraid."

Gandhi sharply criticised the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Hindu extremist parties, accusing them of spreading hatred, fear, and violence. "The BJP leaders claim to be Hindu leaders, yet they propagate hate and violence. They are not true Hindus," he asserted.
Members of the BJP created a commotion during Gandhi's speech, accusing him of blaming the entire Hindu community for violence. BJP leaders demanded an apology from Gandhi for his remarks.
