Kylie Kelce signs fan-made T-Shirts featuring viral Margate clash
Kylie Kelce, known not only for her ties to NFL star Jason Kelce but also for her recent viral clash in Margate, New Jersey, has once again captured attention.
At a recent event for the Eagles Autism Foundation, Kelce was seen signing fan-made T-shirts depicting the now-infamous incident outside a Margate restaurant in May.
The shirts, adorned with the phrase "Standing on business" and an image of the altercation, were eagerly presented to Kelce, who graciously autographed them.
In a video shared on a fan page dedicated to Kelce, two women were captured handing over the shirts, accompanied by some money, as they requested her signature. Kelce, acknowledging the gesture with a nod, proceeded to sign the sleeves of the shirts using a Sharpie.
A subsequent photo showcased the women proudly modeling their newly autographed attire, complete with Kelce's signature and a spirited "go birds" nod to the Eagles.
The genesis of these shirts stemmed from admiration among fans for Kelce's stance during the Margate incident.
Jess Ortiz, one of the shirt recipients, explained in the post that their friend created the shirts because they all admired Kelce for standing her ground.
The Margate incident itself drew significant public attention after footage surfaced online showing Kelce in a verbal altercation with a woman who had demanded a photo with her and husband Jason Kelce.
Following the incident, Margate's mayor, Michael Collins, issued a formal apology to the Kelce family and extended an invitation for them to return for a redo date night, including dinner on him.
The woman involved in the altercation also issued her own apology, acknowledging that her actions were out of character and expressing regret for her behavior. She emphasized her appreciation for the Kelces' understanding and wished them well.
Recently, Kylie and Jason Kelce were seen enjoying Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in London, accompanied by Jason's brother, Travis Kelce. The couple's presence at the concert, where they mingled in the VIP section and engaged with fans, added to their ongoing public profile.
