Back On Duty: Radio prog manager resumes work

The court suspended the transfer orders and fixed September 27, 2011 for the next hearing of the case

BAHAWALPUR:
The Radio Pakistan programme manager Syed Naeem Shah has assumed charge of his office on the orders of the Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench. On Wednesday, Shah said that he had been transferred from here last month on the directives of the director general, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, Murtaza Solangi on some complaints. “The charges proved to be false and I have been reinstated,” he told reporters.  Solangi said that preferred to seek justice and did not join the new station after transfer from here on Aug17, 2011. The court suspended the transfer orders and fixed September 27, 2011 for the next hearing of the case against the director general, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, director, programmes, PBC, director, personnel, PBC and the administration manager and personnel who have also been implicated in the case.
