BHUs’ revamping in the offing

Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Health Khawaja Imran Nazir said that the revamping of rural health centres and basic health units across Punjab will begin in September.

He said during a visit to the Beni Sulehrian BHU that the rural health centres would be turned into state-of-the-art facilities.

Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Zulqarnain, former MPA Rana Liaquat Ali, Jail Superintendent Malik Babar Ali and the district health authority CEO were also present.
