Home delivery from model markets urged

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has called for starting free home delivery of goods to citizens from the planned ‘model markets’.

She said after being briefed by Model Bazaar Management Company Chairman Muhammad Afzal Khokhar that sale of vegetables and fruits in the model markets at rates below the fixed prices should be ensured.

She said a mobile app should be launched and guidelines issued for ordering goods online from the model markets.
