Justin Timberlake has officially parted ways with his expansive 127-acre estate in Franklin, Tennessee, selling it for $8 million on May 30. The property, located less than half a mile from the rural village of Leipers Fork and about 45 minutes outside of Nashville, boasts stunning views of Leipers Creek Valley, 50 acres of wildlife food plots and pastures, a fishing pond, spring creeks, and trails.

Tom Sullivan of Covey Rise Properties held the listing. Timberlake, currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, reportedly purchased the land in 2015 from local philanthropist and preservationist Aubrey Preston, according to The Tennessean.

Preston, who shares a mutual love for Tennessee with Timberlake, had previously mentioned their shared interest in preserving the state's natural beauty for future generations.

The sale came just weeks before Timberlake's arrest for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York, on June 18. Despite the incident, a source close to Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel told PEOPLE that the couple is not concerned and remains focused on their work and family. Timberlake shares two children, Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, with the actress.
