'The D’Amelio Show' ends after three seasons, Hulu confirms show will not return for fourth season
Popular family reality series, 'The D’Amelio Show', will not return for a fourth season on Hulu, according to recent reports.
The decision to end the show was confirmed by sources close to Hulu, a move that aligns with the family's own evolving priorities. The D’Amelio family, renowned for their massive TikTok following exceeding 225 million, had been at the forefront of the streaming service's unscripted lineup since its debut in 2021.
Charli D’Amelio, the second most-followed personality on TikTok, reflected on the show's conclusion in its final episode last fall, expressing a desire to achieve a better work-life balance. Meanwhile, her sister Dixie faced personal health challenges during the show's third season.
The series chronicled the lives of Charli, Dixie, and their parents Heidi and Marc as they navigated newfound celebrity status. Upon its premiere, 'The D’Amelio Show' quickly became Hulu's most-watched debut season of any reality series.
Since then, Charli D’Amelio has broadened her career portfolio, winning 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2022 and headlining Prada's fall/winter 2022 campaign.
Dixie D’Amelio launched her music career with the hit single "Be Happy" in 2020 and subsequently secured a record deal with HitCo Entertainment.
Both sisters have established themselves as influencers with major endorsement deals, including partnerships with Dunkin’ Donuts and a fragrance line at Ulta Beauty.
Their current focus lies on expanding 'D’Amelio Brands', encompassing ventures such as D’Amelio Footwear, skincare brand ZitsAllright, and their own merchandise line, Dam Fam Merch.
They are also involved in a venture capital initiative supporting minority- and women-owned businesses.
The news of the show's cancellation comes ahead of the family's appearance at VidCon, where they are expected to discuss their ongoing ventures and future plans.
'The D’Amelio Show' was produced by The Intellectual Property Corporation under the guidance of showrunner Sara Reddy and executive producers Eli Holzman, Aaron Saidman, and Esther Frank.
