Camila Cabello revealed in a cover story interview with Complex that she's grown weary of two of her own tracks — 2018's "Havana" and 2019's "Señorita."

Although Cabello appreciates both songs, she finds herself more fatigued by "Señorita" than by "Havana."

“I think there's always a worry when a song becomes so massive that it's going to be bigger than you… I obviously love that they were so massive and successful. But it does get people attached to you in a certain light,” she told the outlet.

Referring to "Señorita," a song she collaborated on with her ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes, whom she dated for over two years and was rumored to have rekindled a romance with in 2023, Cabello said, “I was in a really public relationship and as a woman you're like, I don't want this couple thing to be my new identity.”

In May, Cabello revealed on social media that she would be releasing her fourth album, "C,XOXO."

"THE NEW ALBUM C,XOXO IS OUT JUNE 28TH," she announced, sharing the album cover, which features a close-up of her licking a lollipop that has turned her tongue blue.

Before releasing C,XOXO, Cabello had previously put out three albums: Camila in 2018, Romance in 2019, and Familia in 2022.
