Justin Timberlake, the acclaimed NSYNC star turned solo sensation, made a spirited return to the stage at New York's Madison Square Garden.

This marked his first performance in the city since his DWI arrest on Long Island.

During his Forget Tomorrow World Tour on Tuesday, June 25, Timberlake showed his support for the local NBA team by sporting New York Knicks-themed tour T-shirts, sharing his enthusiasm in a video on Instagram.

"This is so important right now... let's go! Got y'alls Knicks colors," said Timberlake, capturing the spirit of the city in his social media comeback.

The video featured him at the iconic venue, expressing his excitement and even singing, "We had to do it!" with a background shout of "Bing, bong."

Timberlake's arrest on June 18 involved charges of DWI, running a stop sign, and failing to keep in lane.

Despite these challenges, he was released from police custody shortly after appearing in court the same day.

The Grammy-winning artist didn't let this incident dampen his spirits, as he continued to perform, including a poignant show on Saturday, June 22 at Chicago's United Center, where he expressed deep gratitude towards his fans.

"This [tour] is just something that keeps watching over me, more so on this tour than any other," Timberlake shared with his audience. "And that's that mostly all of us here in this room tonight, in this arena tonight, have grown up together."

Timberlake also acknowledged the tough times, saying in Chicago, "It's been a tough week. I know sometimes I'm hard to love but you keep on loving me and I love you right back," showcasing his deep connection with his audience.
