Kourtney Kardashian snuggles with son and Travis Barker in candid family photo
Celebrity couple Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker reposted a picture of themselves sitting together with their 8-month-old son Rocky Thirteen taken by Barker’s daughter, Alabama Luella, on their Instagram Stories.
The picture is captioned “My favorite people” by Alabama and shows Kardashian, 45, pouting her lips with her son snuggling her arms, seated next to Barker, 48, with his hood up.
The family seems to be traveling in a vehicle, and Alabama shared a photo from a private jet in an earlier post on her Instagram Stories, along with a location stamp in Houston, Texas.
Travis is occupied on tour as the drummer for his band Blink-182, and in a video snippet shared by Kourtney, she watched her husband perform during a show.
The video is captioned “peace and loud” and also features a clip of a beach and an ocean view from a hotel room. Throughout their tour, Blink-182 have performed in Orlando, Miami and San Antonio, and are set to perform in Fort Worth on June 25th, Tuesday.
Kourtney Kardashian is also mother to son Mason Dash, 14, daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, and son Reign Aston, 9, with ex Scott Disick.
In the meantime, Barker, besides 18-year-old daughter Alabama also shares his son Landon, 20, and step daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 25, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 49.
Kourtney and Travis welcomed their son, Rocky, into their lives back in November, and according to a source that told PEOPLE: “Kourtney is over the moon about her son’s arrival. Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end. She is happy to be able to snuggle her baby boy now. She feels so blessed."
In last week’s episode of The Kardashians, the social media personality talked about the emergency fetal surgery she had to undergo before Rocky’s birth.
"A couple months ago, we had a terrifying scare where I had to have emergency fetal surgery," Kourtney said.
The scene then switched to her recovering from the surgery. "Baby Rocky had to have fetal surgery for fluid in his lung," Kourtney said.
"And it's super rare, that this [is] the condition that he had but it's also super rare and lucky that we caught it,” she furthered. “ And thank you, God, for this successful surgery. I'm honestly just so grateful, I have no words."
Kardashian went on to say that she was fearful after the surgery, and that the fluid started to come back in Rocky’s lungs.
But after watching a documentary about how thinking can affect one’s health, she began to change her mindset and take a more positive approach.
“I started talking to the baby every day, saying my prayers, and after I had that mindset shift,” Kourtney stated. “The fluid was completely gone and we had not one single problem after.”
