Justin Timberlake was reportedly sober when he was filmed performing in Las Vegas with bloodshot eyes just weeks before his DWI arrest.

Despite fans speculating that the "Mirrors" singer was under the influence during his Forget Tomorrow World Tour at the T-Mobile Arena last month, sources told TMZ on Monday that he was not.

An insider claimed that Timberlake’s red and wide-eyed appearance was overly scrutinized by critics aiming to ridicule him, emphasizing that he is always completely sober for every show.

The source explained that the former *NSYNC member, 43, must remain clean while performing due to the high stakes involved.

Supporters quickly defended Timberlake after the pop star was criticized when a video showed him with bloodshot eyes while performing in Las Vegas.

Responding to the clip of the father of two, one person commented, "he doesn’t look okay…….."

Another wrote, "Those eyes though… dude is either not slept in a week or is going for round 2."

Other fans mocked Timberlake, suggesting his behavior would "ruin the tour" and referencing his remark to a Gen Z cop who didn't recognize him during his June 18 arrest in Sag Harbor, N.Y.
