This concern follows Timberlake's arrest on Tuesday in Sag Harbor for DWI. Authorities reported that he ran a stop sign and was seen swerving on the road. After failing a field sobriety test, Timberlake was arrested and handcuffed, later refusing a breathalyzer test at the station.
Following a brief arraignment, he was banned from driving for a year in New York and is set to appear in court again on July 26. While Timberlake has previously admitted to using substances, no drugs were reported in his system during this incident.
