Eva Longoria, currently promoting her new Apple TV+ series "Land of Women," shared insights about her relationships with former "Desperate Housewives'' co-stars during her recent media appearances. Longoria's press tour included stops at Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and the Today Show in New York City.

During her interview with Daily Mail, Longoria revealed the cast members she remains in contact with. "I talk to Felicity [Huffman] all the time. I talk to Marcia [Cross] a lot, but the one I probably talk to most is Ricardo [Antonio Chavira], Javier, my husband. And Jesse [Metcalfe]," she said. Notably absent from her list was Teri Hatcher, who played one of the main characters on the show.

Longoria starred as Gabrielle Solis throughout the entire eight-season run of "Desperate Housewives," from October 2004 to May 2012. Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross, and Teri Hatcher also remained with the show for its duration, while Nicollette Sheridan, another original cast member, left after the fifth season.

Addressing rumors of feuds among the cast, Longoria reflected on how these narratives were often exaggerated. In a previous appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast, she said, "I remember, even back then it was a narrative about women, because there were all these shows about men on the air, and nobody was like 'They’re fighting!'" She added, "People ask me that a lot, like, 'Were you guys really fighting?' and I was like 'God, I forgot that was a thing.' It was a thing. It was a big thing!"

Longoria also mentioned that the rumors were significant enough to be spoofed on Saturday Night Live, although they rarely affected the atmosphere on set.

For her upcoming series "Land of Women," Longoria joined cast members and other celebrities at the premiere event at The Whitby Hotel in New York City. The comedy-drama thriller, set to premiere on June 26 on Apple TV+, focuses on a woman who must flee to Spain with her mother and daughter after her husband's financial dealings unravel. The series features Carmen Maura, Santiago Cabrera, Gloria Muñoz, and Victoria Bazua alongside Longoria.
