Justin Timberlake remains focused on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour despite his recent DWI arrest in New York.

A source close to the singer confirmed to PEOPLE that the tour will continue as planned.

Timberlake, who was charged with driving while intoxicated and two additional citations, is scheduled to resume his tour in Chicago on June 21 and 22. The Grammy winner has shows lined up across the U.S. through December.

While his attorney plans to "vigorously defend" Timberlake against the allegations, another source revealed that his wife Jessica Biel is not pleased with the situation but will continue to support him.

Despite the personal setback, Timberlake seems determined to fulfill his professional commitments and keep his tour on track.
