Additional IG Karachi, Imran Yaqoob Minhas, awarded South Asian Bodybuilding Champion Shahnawaz Khan with a CC First Certificate and a cash reward after winning a gold medal in the championship held in Maldives last week.
Khan was declared Mr South Asia, marking the first time in 65 years that Pakistan won this title. Karachi Police chief met Khan on Thursday and congratulated him for bringing honour to Pakistan with his achievement, expressing best wishes for his future.
The police constable said that he has now set his sights on the Mr World title. Khan is stationed at Mominabad Police Station in District West Karachi.
