Kim Kardashian is having second thoughts about her transition to serious movie stardom. During the Thursday, June 20, episode of 'The Kardashians', the reality star opened up about her concerns, particularly about how her use of Botox might affect her ability to act.

While discussing her upcoming comedy film 'The Fifth Wheel' with friends, Kim remarked, "I feel like you need less botox for more emotion and I don’t have it."

In addition to Botox, Kardashian confessed to feeling unprepared for the full commitment required for a serious acting role.

“I’m not gonna be gaining 500 pounds for a role and then losing a million,” she said, humorously adding, “How am I gonna cry? How am I gonna be scared out of my mind?”

The episode also revealed that offers from acting agents began flooding in after her role in season 12 of 'American Horror Story' debuted in September 2023.

"How do they know I can do it? Now, it’s like the pressure’s on because it’s like, ‘Oh s—t this is happening,’” Kim shared in a confessional. “And I’m, like, tripping the f—k out low-key because I have to really do this and I have to deliver.”

Despite dabbling in acting before, with roles in 'Disaster Movie', 'Last Man Standing', and 'Drop Dead Diva', as well as voice acting in the 'PAW Patrol' movies, her role in 'The Fifth Wheel' is set to be her most significant yet.

Kim will co-produce the Netflix original alongside 'SNL' writer Paula Pell and 'Girls5Eva' writer Janine Brito. She described the film as being in the vein of popular comedies like 'The Hangover', 'Bridesmaids', and 'The First Wives Club'.
