Jerry Seinfeld shuts down pro-Palestine heckler during Sydney show
Jerry Seinfeld faced a disruptive heckler during his comedy show in Sydney, Australia, on Sunday night.
The incident, captured on video, began when an audience member interrupted Seinfeld by shouting, "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free."
The crowd quickly rallied behind Seinfeld, chanting "Jerry, Jerry" in support. The comedian addressed the heckler with sarcasm, saying, "We have a genius, ladies and gentlemen. He solved the Middle East crisis!" Seinfeld continued to mock the protester, adding, "It's the Jewish comedian, that's who we have to get, they're the ones doing everything," and, "You've come to the right place for a political conversation."
🚨JERRY SEINFELD TO HECKLER: THIS GUY FIGURED OUT HOW TO SOLVE THE MIDDLE EAST... STOP JEWISH COMEDIANS!
"Yes, yes. We have a genius here. He solved the Middle East.
It’s the Jewish comedians causing everything.

According to TMZ, security eventually escorted the heckler out, and Seinfeld remained unfazed throughout the incident. This is not the first time Seinfeld has encountered pro-Palestine protesters. He was heckled during another comedy gig last month and faced quiet protests at a college graduation, amid his public support for Israel.
Jerry Seinfeld, who is Jewish, has incorporated his Jewish identity into his work. In the Israel–Hamas war, he expressed support for Israel, stating, "I will always stand with Israel and the Jewish people."
