KMC organises largest Eid prayer gathering

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has organised the city's largest Eid prayer gathering at Polo Ground, Gulshan-e-Jinnah.
Reportedly, Mayor Murtaza Wahab, Deputy Mayor Salman Abdullah Murad and many other known figures from the city will offer their Eid prayers at the same venue.
A spokesperson from KMC said that strict security measures have been implemented for the event. Special arrangements for ablution facilities have been made for the attendees, and the ground will be fragranced in the morning.
Eid prayers led by Khatib Maulana Muhammad Ahmad Salimi, will commence at 8am.
According to Mayor Murtaza Wahab, all arrangements for the Eid prayers have been completed. Flags of Islamic countries have been hoisted at the venue to express solidarity with the Islamic world.
