The Rawalpindi commissioner has directed the authorities concerned to swiftly complete the development projects in Murree.
Chairing a Murree Development Plan review meeting, he instructed the authorities to accelerate the pace of work on the development schemes of Murree and complete the project on a priority basis.
All preparations should be completed regarding the expected arrival of the tourists on the occasion of Eidul Azha, he said. The meeting was briefed that Murree Improvement Trust’s 16-kanal plot had been identified for the construction of a parking plaza in Murree. Initially, the plaza would provide parking facilities for 324 vehicles.
