Kanye West, known for his larger-than-life persona and high-profile lifestyle, surprised fans once again by flying economy class on a recent trip to Japan.

The Grammy-winning artist was seen catching up on his beauty sleep, dressed in a cozy white robe with his name embroidered across the chest.

Seated beside him was his wife, Australian model Bianca Censori, who remained awake and engaged with her phone.

The couple’s unexpected appearance in economy was captured by a fellow passenger and quickly went viral on TikTok.

In the video, Kanye, or Ye as he is often called, appears completely at ease, sleeping soundly despite the bustling surroundings. His choice of attire—a personalized robe—signaled that he wasn't attempting to fly incognito. Meanwhile, Censori matched her husband's relaxed vibe, donning a sheer white cloak similar to the one she was recently seen wearing during their Italian getaway.

The couple's choice of economy seats has sparked rumors about Kanye's financial status, though it's just as likely that the pair simply enjoys mingling with the public.

Their frequent visits to popular chain restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory and Denny's further support this notion.

The couple's trip to Japan is just a prelude to their upcoming plans. They are reportedly heading to Italy to celebrate Kanye's 47th birthday, where they are known for their extravagant and memorable celebrations.

Fans have mixed reactions to the TikTok video, with one fan stating, "You don't see this every day! Kanye West in economy is a vibe."

Another remarked, "Money might be tight, or maybe he's just being Kanye. Either way, I love it."
