ACE opens probe into housing scam

The Sindh Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has opened investigations into a housing project.

ACE officials claimed that citizens of Hyderabad were deprived of their hard-earned money in the name of residential project. The mega residential project, Shams Icon, was supposed to have around 400 apartments, for which the developers took advance payments from the buyers.

However, despite collecting billions of rupees from the citizens, the builders have not completed the housing scheme.
