Grey's Anatomy star Jessica Capshaw gushes over meeting Taylor Swift in Paris

“It was a magical, magical thing,” Jessica Capshaw recalls meeting Taylor Swift.

Jessica Capshaw expressed her admiration for Taylor Swift during an interview with People at the Chanel Tribeca Artists Dinner in New York City on June 10.

The ‘Grey's Anatomy’ star shared that she and her 8-year-old daughter Josephine were thrilled to meet Swift in Paris in May.

“It was a magical, magical thing,” Capshaw recalls, nearly a month after taking Josephine to an Eras Tour show in France.

“I have four children, and I started with my son, where I take them to Paris ... when they’re 7 years old,” the actress says explaining their family tradition. “We had to scoot it up [this time] just a tiny bit because we had to see Taylor Swift, so it was a little bit after her 8th birthday.”

On May 15, Capshaw shared a picture on her Instagram featuring herself, Josephine, and Swift after they attended one of Swift's four sold-out concerts in Paris.

“Cause we were in Paris.. 💕,” Capshaw wrote in her caption, nodding to Swift’s song “Paris” from her Grammy-winning Midnights album.

In the picture, the trio is captured backstage at the Eras Tour concert, with Josephine sporting a T. Swift T-shirt and glittery cowboy boots. Capshaw also shared images of herself and Josephine exploring different tour locations throughout the City of Love.

The 2024 Tribeca Film Festival takes place from June 5 to 16.
