The Judicial Magistrate east in Karachi City Court adjourned the hearing of the bail application of Sarim Burney in the case of alteration of documents and illegally sending children abroad due to the absence of the FIA prosecutor.
Defence lawyer Amir Nawaz Waraich, giving arguments on the bail application, said that the FIA did not conduct a proper inquiry into the matter. The fact is that the parents of the girl left her in the hospital by themselves.
The parents handed over the baby girl to the Sarim Burney Trust. Adoption of children is done according to the rules and fulfilling all legal requirements.
