Royal expert Tom Quinn told the Mirror, "Harry watched Hugh Grosvenor’s wedding with very mixed feelings. The fact that he couldn’t be there will be a painful reminder of all that he has lost."
"Grosvenor’s wedding brought up other sadnesses for Harry – he had hoped to be asked to be best man and now feels that once again he is overlooked in favor of his brother,” Quinn continued. “At every turn, he is made to feel second choice, and the amazing crowd response to seeing Prince William might be the final dagger to Harry’s heart."
The ceremony at Chester Cathedral, described as the society wedding of the year, saw many famous faces, including Prince William. Hugh Grosvenor, known as 'Hughie' to friends, is the richest Brit under 40, with an estimated £10 billion. His connections to the royal family include being a godfather to both Prince George and Prince Archie.
