Travis Kelce confirms Taylor Swift still a die-hard Grey's Anatomy fan
“I think that Grey's Anatomy has a great balance of real emotions slash dry humor,” said the singer.
Travis Kelce reveals that his girlfriend Taylor Swift is still a fan of 'Grey's Anatomy!'
Anthony Hill, known for his role as Dr. Winston Ndugu on the ABC medical drama, revealed on June 5 in an Instagram post that he received confirmation directly from the NFL star himself.
“1 • I may or may not have gotten confirmation that TSwift does, in fact, still watch Grey’s Anatomy. It was then made very clear that he absolutely does not watch with her 😑😂 …time to start bruh!” he wrote.
The ‘Lover’ singer, who dropped her unexpected double album "The Tortured Poets Department" on April 19, has been a devoted follower of the show for quite some time.
Swift previously enlisted Ellen Pompeo from 'Grey's Anatomy' to appear in her star-studded ‘Bad Blood’ music video back in 2015.
The singer has not yet appeared on the show, her song “White Horse” was featured in a season 5 episode, which she called “basically the best thing ever” in a clip resurfaced on TikTok.
“I love Grey's Anatomy because I think it's the best example of dry, sarcastic humor I've ever seen mixed with drama, because in life there's humor and there's drama,” she said.
“You know, when you're watching comedies, it's like, that's awesome and makes you laugh and it’s light, but you know, when a breakup happens on a comedy — and they're all just laughing about it all the time, and they don't ever feel it — it's hard for me to buy that because in real life, like you laugh about some things, but you cry about other things,” Swift added.
She continued, “So I think that Grey's Anatomy has a great balance of real emotions slash dry humor.”
'Grey's Anatomy', season 20, is now streaming in full on Hulu.
