Gypsy Rose Blanchard, freed in December after serving a sentence for conspiring to murder her mother, is considering a career shift away from the spotlight.

Blanchard, 32, spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her desire for a more traditional life. "I think everything has been very hyped up, and I've had wonderful opportunities, but I don't see those lasting," she said. "There comes a time where I have to make a choice. And that is, when do I say enough is enough?"

Blanchard surprised some with her potential job picks. "Part of me is like, maybe I should just go work at McDonald's. I love those French fries!" she admitted. She also expressed interest in retail, particularly the world of makeup.

Acknowledging the challenges of reintegrating into society, Blanchard noted, "When things calm down and I have no obligations, I do want to get a 9 to 5, but first I have to learn the things that get me there." Obtaining a driver's license is a current priority, as she explained, "So to get to a job I need to know how to drive."

Blanchard, who will appear in the upcoming Lifetime show "Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up," has been sharing experiences from her newfound freedom, including a visit to In-N-Out Burger. While she declared their Double Double superior to a McDonald's Big Mac, her loyalty to McDonald's fries remained strong. "The fries, still not gonna lie, McDonald's is still my favorite fries," she said on TikTok. "They [In-N-Out's] are a little skinny. And as you can see, I'm nothing but skinny," she added with humor
