Prince Harry's Visa Scandal: Trump slams ‘favorable treatment' amid deportation threats

Royal scandal unravels as Trump critiques Biden’s handling of Harry’s visa amidst drug admission controversy.

Prince Harry is embroiled in a contentious US court case involving The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank seeking to make his visa documents public.

The scrutiny arises from Harry's admission in his memoir, "Spare," that he used recreational drugs.

This has sparked debates over whether he lied on his immigration forms or received special treatment due to his royal status.

Royal Correspondent Cameron Walker explained to the Daily Express, “In his memoir, Harry admitted to taking marijuana, cocaine, and psychedelic mushrooms.”

Walker continued, “under US immigration law, lying about drug use on immigration documents is grounds for deportation.

“The Heritage Foundation wants to know if Harry lied or if the Biden administration granted him a visa despite his admissions.”

Adding to the controversy, GB News' Digital Royal Editor Svar Nanan-Sen noted, “If the documents are released, it’s a lose-lose situation for Prince Harry. He either lied and faces harsh penalties, including deportation, or he told the truth, raising questions about preferential treatment.”

Former President Donald Trump weighed in on the matter, stating in an exclusive interview last year, “Harry wouldn’t receive as much favorable treatment from me as the Biden administration has given him.”

Trump’s remarks have added a political dimension to the case, highlighting the differing views on immigration enforcement.

With the potential for deportation and accusations of favoritism, Prince Harry’s situation underscores the complexities of celebrity immigration issues in the US.

As the legal battle unfolds, the royal’s future in America hangs in the balance, amid a swirl of political and public scrutiny.
