Judge shocked as man joins zoom court call while driving on suspended license

Viral video shows a Michigan man with suspended license driving while joining Zoom court hearing.

In an almost unbelievable twist during a virtual court session, Corey Harris, 44, was caught driving his car while attending a Zoom hearing regarding charges from a previous arrest.

The incident took place in Pittsfield Township, Michigan, a small town just south of Ann Arbor.

As the session progressed, a bewildered Judge Cedric Simpson noticed the scenery moving behind Harris and incredulously asked, "Mr. Harris, are you driving?"

Harris casually responded, explaining he was just pulling into his doctor’s office.

The judge, caught between astonishment and amusement, could only smile and laugh as Harris parked his car.

However, the laughter soon turned serious as Judge Simpson confirmed that Harris was indeed driving on a suspended license, visibly shocking Harris with the realization of his mistake captured live on camera.

"I don't even know why he would do that," Simpson remarked, before revoking Harris' bond.

The judge then ordered Harris to turn himself into the Washtenaw County Jail by 6 p.m. that day, with a stern warning that failure to comply would result in a bench warrant with no bond.

The viral video of this unexpected turn of events during what should have been a routine court hearing has since sparked widespread disbelief and discussion across social media platforms.
