Lewis Hamilton reveals an embarrassing moment during "Hot Ones" interview
Formula One 7 time world-champion Lewis Hamilton had a moment of vulnerability during a recent appearance on the popular YouTube series "Hot Ones." The show is known for putting celebrities through the ringer with progressively hotter wings while conducting interviews.
He then addressed a common question about drivers relieving themselves during races, stating, "Quite a lot of drivers, as far as I am aware, pee in the car. But I just can't bring myself to do it!".
However, in a surprising turn, Hamilton revealed an embarrassing moment that contradicted his previous statement. "I have once," he confessed regarding urinating in the car . He elaborated on the specific circumstances, "It was Singapore, and it was about two or three years ago. Basically, the safety car came out, and behind the safety car, I was like, 'I am dying!'".
Hamilton described the discomfort of a full bladder during high-G force maneuvers, "Honestly, when your bladder is full with the G-force that you are pulling, it's uncomfortable! And then when you're pulling that G-force, you just can't focus on your job". He continued, "So, I remember trying to go, and I really had to force it. It was really hard! Luckily I've only had to do it once".
