Rian Johnson's upcoming addition to the Knives Out series continues to expand its impressive cast with the addition of Mila Kunis, who will join Daniel Craig in Netflix's Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.

She joins a fresh ensemble including Josh O’Connor, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Glen Close, Cailee Spaeny, and Andrew Scott, alongside Daniel Craig reprising his role as detective Benoit Blanc in the Rian Johnson-directed film.

Johnson wrote the screenplay and will produce alongside his producing partner Ram Bergman.

Details of the plot remain undisclosed. The latest film, Glass Onion, was released in 2022, featuring Craig reprising his role as Blanc. It debuted on Netflix following the streamer's unprecedented $450 million deal for two sequels, with this installment marking the third in the series.

The Knives Out franchise is renowned for its star-studded casts, and this upcoming installment appears to be no exception. Production is scheduled to commence next month, with Netflix aiming for a release in 2025.

Mila Kunis, recognized for her performances in the That '70s Show series and her role as Lily in Black Swan, was last seen starring in and producing the film adaptation of Luckiest Girl Alive.
