IShowSpeed finished fourth in the annual event held down Cooper's Hill in Gloucestershire, England. Participants chase a seven-pound wheel of Double Gloucester cheese down the steep hill, and competition can get fierce.

IShowSpeed sustained a leg injury during the race and was advised by medical personnel to seek further treatment at a hospital.

The streamer remained positive despite the setback. "It looks scary but once you go down that first slide, you're like 'I can do this, I can take it' and I took it. I want to do it again because I know how to win now," IShowSpeed told the BBC.

Cheese rolling is a historic tradition dating back to 1837. The first person to reach the bottom of the hill with the cheese wins it, but injuries are frequent due to the steep and uneven terrain.
