Drake goes big: Snags $15 Million Texas ranch
Aubrey Graham, better known as Drake, continues to make bold moves not just in music but also in real estate, as he secures a $15 million ranch in Texas.
The iconic rapper, whose tracks like "Hotline Bling", "Nonstop", and "Take Care" have dominated global charts, now claims a piece of the Texan countryside with the acquisition of The Inn at Dos Brisas.
Situated between Austin and Houston, this luxurious estate spans 313 acres and offers a blend of rustic charm and opulence.
"Go big or go home. For Drake, these two are mutually exclusive. The “Taylor Made Freestyle” rapper has amassed an enormous fortune throughout his career," reports Texas Monthly.
His latest investment was originally listed at $17.5 million and boasts high-end equestrian facilities, an organic farm, and sumptuous accommodations.
Located just a short drive from downtown Brenham, the ranch is a perfect retreat with breathtaking views from a high hilltop over the creek bottom and rolling countryside.
"Despite the recent listing of his Beverly Hills mansion, the publication claims his seven figure purchase in Texas closed last fall," Texas Monthly continues.
The estate, once a public retreat known as The Inn at Dos Brisas, offers privacy and luxury with amenities like a bar-equipped lounge, fireside dining room, large swimming pool, and a spa with a sprawling sundeck.
Drake has openly expressed his love for Texas cities such as Austin, Dallas, and Houston, making his new residence a fitting addition to his lifestyle.
It remains uncertain if Drake plans to make this estate his full-time home, but it is evidently equipped to meet his needs should he choose to do so.
