Chris Pratt recently revealed his admiration for his mother-in-law, Maria Shriver, and her successful parenting skills.

Married to Katherine Schwarzenegger, Pratt shares daughters Lyla and Eloise with his wife, and co-parents son Jack with ex-wife Anna Faris.

Shriver, a journalist and former NBC News anchor, raised four children with Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Pratt acknowledges the challenges of raising a family in the spotlight, especially considering his own celebrity status.

He credits Shriver for raising “amazing” kids despite the media attention and “privilege” they've experienced.

In a recent interview, Pratt expressed his desire to learn everything he can from his mother-in-law.

“She's like a living saint,” he gushed, highlighting Shriver's dedication and her core values of accountability, manners, and faith. These are all qualities Pratt says he wants to instill in his own children.

Pratt is currently busy promoting his upcoming film, ‘The Garfield Movie,’ but family remains a priority.

With another movie on the horizon, ‘Mercy,’ the actor seems to be juggling a thriving career with fatherhood, and he credits Shriver's guidance for helping him navigate this balance.

On Mother’s day, Pratt also took to Instagram to admire his wife, Katherine as a “mama” and “step-mama.”

Posting a series of pictures, Pratt wrote in the caption about his wife, “Witnessing you be a mom to Lyla and Eloise and a stepmom to Jack makes me fall more and more in love with you every day.”
