Suicide: 2 women kill themselves

Two women committed suicide on Monday evening in separate incidents. According to police officials, Al Qadir Colony Alipur resident Sadiq Langah’s eighteen-year-old daughter Shazia committed suicide after her elder sister scolded her during a quarrel over her engagement. Shazia fired a gun at her temple and died on the spot. Meanwhile, Kabirwala Kukar Hata road resident Shamim Mai fought with her husband Yousuf Bhatti over not cooking vegetables properly. Shamim swallowed poisoned pills and died on her way to the hospital.
