Megan Thee Stallion, the acclaimed "Hot Girl" rapper, is not just serious about her music but also her fitness.

Recently, in an interview with Women's Health Magazine, she divulged the details of her workout playlist, which even includes her own tracks.

"Of course I work out to 'Freak Nasty,'" Megan stated, especially during strenuous Stairmaster sessions.

Her eclectic taste in music also brings some unexpected tunes to her gym routine. "Ain't It" by Paramore is another favorite.

"I just feel like I need to get in there and have the time of my life. I'm like jumping around the gym," she shared.

Megan's dedication to fitness intensified following the challenges she faced after the 2020 shooting incident involving Tory Lanez. Facing depression, she found solace and strength in the gym.

"Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else. I used working out to escape and to get happy," she explained to Women's Health.

Her comprehensive workout regime encompasses cardio, lower body, upper body, and abs workouts.

Alongside physical exercise, Megan has made significant changes to her diet, cutting down on soda, red meat, and juice to maintain her health goals.

"I'm in a space where I feel good mentally, so I want to look as good as I feel," she concluded.
