Behind the scenes of Kourtney Kardashian's baby shower

Kris Jenner went all out to host a baby shower for Kourtney Kardashian, her eldest daughter, celebrating her first child with Travis Barker.

On ‘The Kardashians,’ American reality TV series, it was revealed that the event was nearly canceled as on the day of the shower, Kardashian informed Jenner that she had tested positive for COVID-19.

Kourtney and Barker received positive test results that morning, leaving Kris devastated as she feared her daughter would miss out on the elegant Disney-themed shower she had arranged.

The couple arrived in masks before the guests but they socially distanced from them.

Despite the overall success of the event, Kris made a blunder by disclosing the name of Kardashian’s son - Rocky - before its public announcement.

“You guys, we're just praying for a healthy and happy delivery. We cannot wait to meet baby Rocky,” said the mother. 

'I don't think you were supposed to say that,' Khloe whispered. 

'What I meant was it's gonna be a very rocky day,' Kris tried to cover up. 

Kim Kardashian added, 'Come on, mom. We've been hiding names and bumps and pregnancies and marriages and everything for years. And at grandchild 13 are you like losing it at this point? Like how do you let it slip? How do you say the name?”

'If his name is Rocky, it's so fitting because he's such a fighter, and so are you guys and we love you,” added Kim. 

Rocky Barker was born on November 1, 2023.
