Blake Lively jokes about baseball skills after being mistaken for MLB player

Blake Lively joked that she was a “baseball player on the side” as she reposted, on her Instagram stories, a clip of Cleveland Guardians pitcher Ben Lively being mistaken for her, on Tuesday

“Well. Cats outta the bag,” Lively captioned her story while sharing the clip. “I’m a highly professional baseball player on the side.”

In the clip posted by SportsNet New York, Gary Cohen, sports commentator, referred to Ben Lively as Blake Lively.  

“Last year, Blake Lively made his first appearance of the year for the Reds against the Mets in long relief and threw three scoreless innings. Now here he is facing the Mets for the first time as a member of the Guardians,” said Cohen. 

Ben reposted Blake’s comments on the clip, on his Instagram stories, saying, “The amount of times this has happened.”
