The Black Keys made their rocking debut on ‘The Voice’ during the show's recent season finale, with a performance of their new song ‘Beautiful People (Stay High).’

The track is a standout from the band's critically acclaimed latest album ‘Ohio Players,’ which was released last month.

‘Beautiful People (Stay High)’ marks a new chapter for The Black Keys, according to bandmates Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney.

“It's a reflection of where we're at right now,” Auerbach shared with WSVN. The album itself reflects a shift in their creative process, with the duo traveling and collaborating with a wider range of musicians, including longtime inspiration Beck.

“Beck is a guy we've been fans of for a long time,” said Carney. “He actually gave us our first big break 21 years ago, taking us on the road to open for him.”

This new era for The Black Keys follows the release of their insightful documentary “This is a Film About the Black Keys.” The film chronicles the band's journey, from their early days recording in an Ohio basement to their current success.

“We wanted to create a document that could demonstrate, you know, all the luck and fate and hard work that played into the band,” explained Carney.

“And also show, you know, what it takes to kind of maintain a creative partnership that, you know, has this type of longevity.”

NBC’s ‘The Voice’ recently crowned Team Reba’s Asher HaVon as its winner for Season 25.
