John Legend’s daughter Luna interviews her dad at ‘The Voice’ finale, attends with brother Miles
John Legend's Luna stole the show at ‘The Voice’ finale when she grabbed the mic and interviewed her dad about his team's chances and their post-show plans.
The 8-year-old, joined by her brother Miles (6), attended the finale of the popular singing competition to support their dad, who is a coach on the show.
Luna took the opportunity to ask her dad some pressing questions for ‘Entertainment Tonight.’
She asked, “Why do you think that Team Legend is going to win?” to which the proud coach replied it was because of his “amazing singers,” including Luna's favorite, Nathan.
Luna also asked how they would celebrate after the show.
“Well, we’re going to celebrate here, on the studio campus with all of the producers and everybody, and the crew that made the show happen,” Legend said.
“And we’re going to bring lots of my wine, LVE, we’re bringing donuts, and we’re going to have a nice celebration here.”
While Luna seemed to enjoy her time as an interviewer, when she was offered a full-time job with ‘Entertainment Tonight,’ she promptly responded, “No.”
John Legend, always the doting dad, shared a photo of Luna and Miles on his iconic red chair on Instagram, jokingly captioning it about them taking over the double chair typically occupied by coaches Blake Shelton and Dan + Shay.
This isn't Luna's first time joining her dad on “The Voice” set.
Earlier in the month, Legend shared a heartwarming Instagram post featuring Luna and Miles getting comfy in the red chair, ready to offer their expert coaching advice.
John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen share four children: Luna, Miles, Esti (16 months), and Wren (10 months).
The Voice’s winner was recently crowned as Asher HaVon, marking Team Reba’s second win of the show.
