Liam Neeson is set to make a thrilling appearance in Guy Moshe’s upcoming action thriller 'Hotel Tehran,' starring alongside Zachary Levi.
Deadline initially broke the news about Levi's involvement, and now Neeson’s participation further elevates the anticipation for this high-stakes project.
Guy Moshe, the creative force behind the script, which he co-wrote with Mark Bacci from an original idea by former CIA operative Bazzel Baz, expressed his excitement about Neeson's casting.
"I’m thrilled to welcome Liam Neeson to Hotel Tehran. He is a true thespian and an icon in our industry. The character he plays, Larry, is complex, irreverent, and inspired by real people. I know his fans around the world will relish seeing him inhabit this distinct role and I can’t wait to be there to capture it," Moshe stated.
The production team, including Zamias and Sweetmore, also shared their enthusiasm for Neeson's involvement.
"We have long since been an admirer of Mr. Neeson’s storied career. His casting in this role represents a highlight of ours and we are counting the days until we get on set," Zamias commented.
Sweetmore added, "It takes an army to bring a story of this nature to life and we are fortunate to have the experience of top ex-special forces and government intelligence operatives leading the charge. We know they will help craft this film and arm the actors, including the incomparable Liam Neeson and the dynamic Zachary Levi, with the care and authenticity it deserves."
Grasic, echoing the sentiments of his colleagues, remarked, "Liam Neeson is one of our very finest actors and his addition promises to elevate a picture we’re building with standout talent both in front of and behind the camera."
'Hotel Tehran' promises to be a gripping thriller with Neeson and Levi at the helm, underpinned by a strong script and a team dedicated to authenticity and cinematic excellence.
