Whoopi Goldberg has opened up about her remarkable weight loss journey, crediting the medication Mounjaro for helping her shed a significant amount of weight.

Clarkson, who has also been open about her own weight loss struggles, complimented Goldberg on her appearance, noting that she looked younger each time they met.

"It's all the weight I've lost, because I've lost the weight of almost two people,” Goldberg replied.

She continued, "I'm doing that wonderful little shot that works for folks who need some help and it's been really good for me."

Goldberg also spoke about how she gained weight unknowingly while filming the movie ‘Till’. A reviewer mistakenly thought she was wearing a suit to make her look bigger.

"I was indignant. I was like 'This is not a fat suit. This is me!' And then you see," said Goldberg. This experience prompted her to take action on her weight loss, she said.

Clarkson also revealed she is taking medication to manage her weight, but did not specify which one. She did clarify it was not Ozempic.

This is not the first time Goldberg has spoken publicly about her weight loss journey.

In March, on ‘The View’, she also discussed using Mounjaro for weight loss and the importance of individual health journeys.
