Trump Force One clips another jet at Florida Airport
Former US President Donald Trump’s private Boeing 757, famously known as Trump Force One, was involved in a minor incident at Palm Beach International Airport.
The jet had just returned from a campaign rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, when it inadvertently clipped another plane while taxiing on the tarmac early on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred around 1:20 am as Trump’s plane was being guided by the ground crew.
According to reports from WFLA, the aircraft’s winglet struck the rear elevator of a parked VistaJet. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and it remains unclear whether Trump was on board at the time.
Earlier on Saturday, Trump had utilised the jet to travel to New Jersey, where he spoke before thousands at a campaign event.
The rally included discussions on various topics, including his critique of President Joe Biden, whom Trump sharply criticised.
“You could take the 10 worst presidents in the history of our country, and add them up .. and they haven’t done the damage to our country that this total moron has done,” he said.
Trump Force One is well-known for its opulent design, featuring white leather seats, gold-plated accents, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.
The aircraft, which ceased production in 2004, has been a staple at Trump’s campaign events, often serving as a backdrop for his speeches.
